Responsibilities:


  • Filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

  • Placing customized proposals based on clients’ requirements and specifications.

  • Creation of documents to help the sales team generate business leads.

  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material.

  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

  • Must have strong communication skills to create company-wide newsletters and memos.

Requirements:


  • Good computer skills (MS Office).

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
