The incumbent is responsible to lead a team of research analysts. Supports the activities of the operations department. Oversees the daily department production activity and facilitates departmental workflow. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Timely and effective processing of orders on daily basis, which mainly includes:
- The allocation of tasks
- Managing 3 writers.
- Performing QA on the orders of team
- Finalizing the order (after QA) and sending it to the 'Sales End'.
- If required, writing an order in the absence of the writer or in the occurrence of mishap which may distract the completion of the order on time.
- Leading a team of writers and mainly includes:
- Assessing team members performance and ensuring that the team members achieve their daily and monthly targets
- Recording the daily productivity of writers on a set template and sending it to the required personnel.
- Ensuring the regular attendance and punctuality of team members
- Responding to sales inquiries on timely basis.
Any other responsibility as per the company requirements
